We are delighted to share some news that fills us with pride: our
Discovery Program has been selected among the
20 finalist projects — out of more than
140 submissions from all over Italy — in the
first edition of the Ezio Bosso Award for Musical Outreach.
This achievement confirms the quality and value of a journey that, over the years, has brought symphonic music closer and more accessible to new audiences: children, young people, families, and communities. Discovery is, in fact, the program that embodies the educational soul of the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano — a continuous laboratory of discovery, listening, and participation, which transforms the musical experience into a tool for personal and collective growth.
The Ezio Bosso Award for Musical Outreach, created in collaboration with
Regione Puglia and
Puglia Culture, celebrates Italian initiatives that stand out for their commitment to spreading music as a universal language — one that can unite, educate, and inspire.
From now until
November 14, anyone can vote for our project on the website of the
Associazione Ezio Bosso. It only takes a few minutes to show your support for Discovery and help us carry our mission even further: to spread musical culture as a common good and a tool for inclusion.
