The Fondazione Orchestra Sinfonica e Coro Sinfonico di Milano Giuseppe Verdi educates, promotes, and disseminates expressions of culture and art, with a particular focus on music. It conducts symphonic, concert, opera, and other musical activities in Milan and the Lombardy Region. Its mission is to educate the public about music and related cultural areas and profiles, while also acting as an ambassador for the cultural values  ​​it embodies in Italy and abroad.

At the heart of the Foundation's objectives are the activities of a Symphony Orchestra and a Choir, established in the city of Milan, through study, training and specialization activities, as well as the creation of symphonic programmes with large instrumental ensembles and their dissemination.
