To attend the concerts, you must book a date using the following methods:

On Vivaticket, after logging in, click Subscriptions at the top and then Have you purchased an open subscription? Choose events online. You will need to enter the alphanumeric code and select the concerts. Registration is required on first access. - AT THE BOX OFFICE
By calling +39 02 83389 401/402 or emailing [email protected]
indicating the chosen concert date and your subscription code. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive your e-ticket by email. Tickets can either be printed or shown on your smartphone. You may cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the concert date; otherwise, the concert cannot be rescheduled or recovered.
