Reservations are accepted starting 15 days before the chosen concert.

Reserved tickets must be paid for within 48 hours of the concert. Otherwise, your reserved seat will be cancelled.

Discounts are available for those over 65, under 35, or holders of the National Youth Card, supporters, and affiliated entities.

The Auditorium opens one hour before the concerts begin; access to the hall will be permitted starting 30 minutes beforehand. Concerts begin promptly
at the time indicated on the ticket; once the show has begun, access to the hall is not permitted until the first available interval.
The bar-cafeteria (floor -1) and a free cloakroom service are available to the public, where any bulky
items are required. Taking photographs and making audio or video recordings during the performance are prohibited. Audiences are advised to turn off their cell phones or silence them before the concerts begin. It is not permitted to occupy a seat other than the one assigned, and it is not permitted to disturb other spectators. In the event of disruptive behavior, the staff in charge is authorized to ask the audience to leave the hall. For any requests, information, or needs, please contact the staff.

For the processing of personal data, each spectator will be asked to give/deny consent to the processing of their data for marketing
and profiling purposes.
During performances, the Foundation may take video and/or photographic recordings for informational and/or promotional purposes, which will be disseminated through the communication channels of Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano and/or any partner entities.

Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano has signed the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Lombardy Theater Associations and the Lombardy Region, which provides disabled people (over 67% disability) with a 50% discount on ticket prices. If the certification indicates the need for a companion, they will be entitled to a complimentary ticket.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid only for tickets, not season tickets. Tickets must be requested exclusively at the Milan Auditorium box office.
