The new Board of Directors of the Fondazione Orchestra Sinfonica e Coro Sinfonico di Milano Giuseppe Verdi took office yesterday, in office for the three-year period 2025-2028.

The new Board of Directors is chaired by Ambra Redaelli, in her third term as President of the Foundation, and who this year marks her thirtieth year of uninterrupted presence within the Board of Directors, from 1995 to 2025, in a thirty-year period during which she has held various positions, from Board Member, to Secretary General, Vice President to President.
The Board, unanimously, asked Ambra Redaelli (present within the Board of Directors as a representative of the Camera di Commercio) to continue in her presidential role, confirming a management model that sets the highest artistic quality as strategic objectives, in addition to constant interaction and collaboration with the territory and the realities that inhabit it.

Another important confirmation is the role of Deputy Vice President, assumed by Roberto Mazzotta, the other Vice President is Sergio di Nola.

The new Board of Directors, composed of 15 members, 6 of whom are new members of the Board, already shows in its composition the deep participation of the institutions and institutional entities responsible for overseeing the Foundation's activities.
For public institutions, Regione Lombardia (Rita Amabile and Alberto Marenghi), Comune di Milano (Sergio Di Nola and Marco Sormani) and  Città Metropolitana di Milano (Francesca Zajczyk). The presence of Banco BPM (Francesca Tamma), Intesa Sanpaolo, on the Board of Directors since the last mandate (and represented today by Luigi Boiardi), and Pirelli (Antonio Calabrò) has been confirmed. Camera di Commercio di Milano, Monza, Brianza e Lodi has appointed the President (Ambra Redaelli).

The Consulta degli Aderenti is represented by Alessandro Enginoli, Giuseppe Fontana, Roberto Mazzotta, Andrea Mario Ridolfi and Alessandro Zecchel.

In the Board of Directors, as a representative of  Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano, Cono Cusmà Piccione.

The Auditors were also confirmed during the Consultation of June 19: Massimo Perini, President, Oreste Malatesta and Guido Rebecchi.
