The talented young soprano Alessia Panza won the 2023 edition of the prestigious ASLICO Competition, earning the opportunity to perform the role of Luisa Miller at the Teatro Sociale in Como and at all Opera Lombardia theaters.
She also won the 2024 Tosti International Competition, earning the opportunity to make her debut in Japan in summer 2025 with the Japan Tosti Foundation.

In 2020 she made her debut at the Verdi Festival in Parma, in the concert “Fuoco di Gioia” with Donato Renzetti on the podium and returned to the Verdi Festival in 2021, to take part in the production of Simon Boccanegra conducted by Michele Mariotti, in 2022 as a cover of the role Amelia in Simon Boccanegra, in 2024 as a cove of Lina in La battaglia di Legnano and for the Verdi gala.

In the summer of 2022 she was admitted to the Academy of the Itria Valley Festival in Martina Franca, where she took part in the production of Sergei Prokofiev's Le joueur (Dame Pâle).

Other international competitions that have seen her among the winners are: in 2017 the “Rossini” prize at the “Giovani in Crescendo” Competition in Pesaro, in 2018 the first prize at the “S. Francesco di Paola” International Opera Competition in Cosenza, in 2019 the “Joven Promesa” prize at the “Concurso Internacional Lirico de Alicante” in Spain, in 2020 the second prize at the “San Colombano” International Opera Competition in Piacenza, in 2021 the “Voci Emergenti” prize at the ASLICO Competition, in 2022 the First Absolute Prize at the XIII International Opera Competition of the City of Brescia in Homage to Maria Callas, and the first Prize at the Koliqi Competition in Milan, in 2023 the “Best Italian Singer” prize at the CLIP competition in Portofino.
She has performed as a soprano soloist in numerous concerts in Italy (Milan, Parma, Rome, Verona, Bologna, Turin) and abroad (ABAO Bilbao, New York, Greenwich, Stamford, Warsaw, Alicante), and has been invited to various festivals, including Verdi Off at the Teatro Regio di Parma, the Festa dell'Opera at the Teatro Grande in Brescia, and the "Como Città della Musica" Festival at the Teatro Sociale di Como.

Born in 1998 in Brescia, she was drawn to music as a child. She then began studying singing with contralto Alessandra Perbellini, and in 2020 she graduated with honors and honorable mention from the "Arrigo Boito" Conservatory of Parma under the guidance of soprano Donatella Saccardi. In the same year, she attended the Accademia Verdiana at the Teatro Regio di Parma and currently studies with soprano Anna Pirozzi and baritone Federico Longhi.

She has already sung the role of Desdemona in Verdi's Otello in concert version with the Arturo Toscanini Philharmonic, Mimì in La bohème in Bologna and Milan and Countess di Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro at the Stresa Festival, both directed by Gianmaria Aliverta.

RECENT EVENTS: Madama Butterfly in Ludwigshafen and Kaiserslautern; Shostakovich's Symphony No. 14 with the Orchestra Regionale Toscana; Verdi gala at the Teatro Regio in Parma for the 2024 Verdi Festival; Easter gala dedicated to Giacomo Puccini at the Berlin Philharmonic; Verdi's Libera me, Domine with the Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Adam Fischer at the Vienna Konzerthaus and at the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca.

UPCOMING PROJECTS: Tosca (title role debut) at the Teatro Sociale in Como; Don Giovanni (Donna Elvira) at the Stresa Festival, directed by Gianmaria Aliverta; Verdi gala at the 2025 Verdi Festival; Il trovatore (Leonora, debut) at the Teatro Magnani in Fidenza.
