Pursuant to Article 1 of Legislative Decree No. 83 of May 31, 2014, "Urgent provisions for the protection of cultural heritage, the development of culture, and the revival of tourism," converted with amendments into Law No. 106 of July 29, 2014, and subsequent amendments, a tax credit was introduced for liberal cash grants to support culture and entertainment, the so-called ART BONUS as a support of patronage in favor of cultural heritage.

The Fondazione Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano G. Verdi, as an Orchestral Concert Institution, is also recognized among the entities to which voluntary donations may be made with the benefit of the ART BONUS.

A donation that saves you money!

The 65% tax credit is distributed across three equal annual installments, and the first installment is used on the tax return for the year following the donation (paying the installment in 2022 will make the first third of the credit available in 2023). Recovery is recognized up to a ceiling of 15% of taxable income for individuals and 5 per thousand of annual revenues for companies.
