Teona Todua

Born in Donetsk, Ukraine, she is of Georgian descent.
She has participated in several international programs for young artists, including the Opera Academy of the Warsaw National Opera (2021–2022) and the Académie de l’Opéra national de Paris (2022–2024). In 2023, she also participated in an exchange with the Lindemann Young Artist Development Program of the Metropolitan Opera in New York, as well as the Young Singers Project at the Salzburg Festival. Her most recent engagements include a gala concert at the Palais Garnier, the role of Micaëla in Carmen on tour in China, and Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte at the Frankfurt Opera. In 2024, she won Third Prize at the Neue Stimmen Competition. In 2026, she will make her role debut as Mimì in La Bohème at the Royal Danish Opera.
