Object Policy:
For reasons of safety and public security, in accordance with the Safety and Security annex of the 2017 Gabrielli circular and the regulations of the Castle, it has been agreed that THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED DURING PERFORMANCES:

Accessibility Policy:
Patrons with recognized disabilities who require continuous assistance must purchase a regular ticket, while their accompanying person is entitled to free admission.
To request a complimentary ticket for the accompanying person, please email [email protected], specifying the name and surname of the person with a disability, the event they wish to attend, a phone number or email address, and a certificate of disability or equivalent documentation (sensitive information may be redacted, but the percentage of disability must be clearly visible).
Priority will be given to those with a certified 100% disability.


Children Policy:
Children aged 10 and under, when accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket, may attend the event free of charge.
Please send an email to [email protected] stating the child’s name, surname, and age, and await confirmation via email, which must be presented on the day of the event.
Without such confirmation, free admission for the child cannot be guaranteed.
Access for children will be managed at the ticket desk on the day of the event.

All minors up to the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
If a minor enters the venue unaccompanied, [email protected] shall bear no responsibility for any issues arising from this breach of policy.
